Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 SuperValu parsnips, peeled and cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp SuperValu clear honey
- 50g SuperValu butter, softened
- 1 tbsp SuperValu Cook’s Ingredients soy sauce
- 2 tbsps sesame seeds
- SuperValu Supreme olive oil
- SuperValu Cook’s Ingredients salt and freshly ground pepper
To Cook:
- Pop the parsnips into a saucepan of boiling water for five minutes, and then drain. Transfer to a bowl.
- Into the bowl add the soy sauce, sesame seeds, honey, butter, drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Place the dressed parsnips into a roasting tray and then straight into a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
